About the Community
Heritage Pines is a condominium neighborhood in West Bradenton, Florida established in 1980. The neighborhood, also called “The Circle” by the locals, consists of 64 total structures separated into duplexes for creating 128 individual units. These units are a mix of two and three bedrooms.
Each of the units are owned and maintained by their owners. The condominium association manages the exterior and the grounds while the owners maintain the interior of the units.
The Heritage Pines neighborhood is accessible from 40th Ave W or from 43rd Ave W.
The neighborhood maintains a set of rules that owners and renters must adhere to. Renters are required to sign a one year lease and no vacation rentals are permitted. This is not an age restricted neighborhood. For more information on the rules and policies, visit the Neighborhood Rules page.
Association Dues
Currently, association dues are $270 per month. Beginning January 2025, dues will be $370 per month and must be received by the 1st of the month. Owners should have a booklet for payments. Dues can also be paid by mail, automatic bank draft, or online bill pay (if your bank supports this).
